Decorating Places – Tournament of Roses

Before they make their grand debut in the Rose Parade, floats get their final touches at Decorating Places. This special event gives you a one-of-a-kind opportunity to preview the parade entries up close and see firsthand how these stunning floats are created. Watch skilled professionals and dedicated volunteers carefully add intricate floral designs and natural elements and explore the decorating facilities. It’s a behind-the-scenes experience like no other!

Children 5 and under are free.

Monday, December, 29, 11:00 am – 5:00 pm (Last entry 4:00 pm)

Day 3

Tuesday, December 30, 11:00 am – 6:00 pm (Last entry 5:00 pm)

LOCATION & PARKING

Decorating Places will be held at the Rosemont Pavilion, located at 700 Seco Street in Pasadena, CA. Parking is free and available on a first-come, first-served basis in various lots near the Rosemont Pavilion and Jackie Robinson Baseball Field. Please note, these lots are shared with other venues in the Arroyo Seco Park area.

For Uber/Lyft riders, there is a designated drop-off and pick-up spot in Parking Lot ‘H’, accessible via the entrance at the intersection of Seco Street and Rosemont Ave. Please do not use other drop-off or pick-up locations within the Arroyo Seco Park area. In case of rain, the Uber/Lyft drop-off and pick-up area may be relocated.

Decorating Places is also accessible via the Metro Gold Line, Metro Bus and the Pasadena ARTS Bus Line. For detailed information, visit socaltransport.org.
