$100 Million Renovation Of Paris Las Vegas Includes Rare Balcony Rooms
Paris Las Vegas is taking the Strip to new heights thanks to a renovation of more than $100 million.
In May 2023, Caesars Entertainment announced plans for an interior and exterior renovation of the previous Jubilee Tower at Horseshoe Las Vegas and integrate it into Paris Las Vegas under a new name — the Versailles Tower.
Led by architects at Bergman Walls & Associates and designed by interior designer Klai Juba Wald, the renovation introduced more than 750 new rooms to Paris Las Vegas and included a new pedestrian footbridge, as well as updated corridors.
“We partnered with interior designer Klai Juba Wald to transform all areas of the Versailles Tower, including the rooms, hotel corridors and the new pedestrian bridge that connects the tower to the existing Paris Las Vegas resort,” Ken Ostempowski, SVP and General Manager of Paris Las Vegas, said. “The design details create a modern space where guests feel like they are staying in an elegant, Parisian-inspired apartment in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip,”
The 253-foot pedestrian footbridge leads guests to the tower and immediately sets the scene for a luxurious stay inspired by traditional Parisian design. Black and white stone marble-effect floors and dark walls create a sleek sophistication, while the blue-gray carpets add depth and texture. Lighting the way are understated wall sconces and chandeliers which bring a hint of quiet luxury to the journey.
For guests looking for plenty of space, the Versailles Tower features some of the largest guestrooms on the Las Vegas Strip — with rooms starting at 420 square feet. In addition, 38 rooms feature 55-square-foot balconies — a rarity for Las Vegas — with unrivaled views of The Strip.
From the Versailles Room which feature a Strip View or Eiffel View to the Versailles Premium Suite, each contemporary guestroom boasts the same eye-catching design elements that wow guests from the moment they first enter.
The rooms have been thoughtfully designed with a rich color palette; royal blues, deep reds, and shimmering golds. Black and white textural floors add depth and character, while the marble spa-like bathroom is a haven of relaxation with upscale fixtures, a spacious shower and a large vanity complete with a light up mirror.
Paris Las Vegas provides the suite life
Guests who stay in the newly designed 1,700-square-foot Versailles Premium Suites can enjoy added extras that are ideal for entertaining, such as a bar with stools, a dining table for six guests and a comfortably designed living area with a stylish couch and coffee table. In the bathroom, a freestanding soaking tub is the epitome of relaxation.
Paris Las Vegas opened its doors in 1999 and has since been one of the most iconic hotels on The Strip thanks to its striking half-sized replica of the Eiffel Tower, and a two-thirds-sized replica of the Arc de Triomphe on the hotel grounds.
